Shoutcast is a Freeware Streaming server for Audiostreams of the company Nullsoft. Shoutcast uses the audio compression MP3 as well as AAC+ for audio files as well as HTTP as transportation minutes for the contact of the Streams and permits thus that provides an Internet radio under Windows, FreeBSD, GNU/Linux, Mac OS X and Solaris.
