Rambler (Russian but actually a Anglizismus in the Russian English word more rambler/Wanderer) is a search machine from Russia, existing since 1996. To the search in the following years more and more feature (listing, Webmail, message, forums among other things) was attached. In the year 2000 Rambler exceeds the border of a billion retrieval queries. Until today Rambler is with the Internet search of one the market leader within the Russian linguistic area (market share about 20%). Rambler belongs together with the country-wide television station Rambler TV to a large Russian medium company. Rambler gives it also with English and to German-language search surface.
