Osiris ( intelligently Research information system) is a multilingual search program intuitive-natural-language which can be used in particular for bibliographic data bases.

Osiris obtains less compared with a normal OPAC (on-line Public ACCESS Catalog, which is used e.g. in universities) and improves search results. Above all the language conditions (German or English) one uses, in order to provide complex retrieval queries.

The program "“understands the question"” (owing to data base) and cannot so only by means of boolean algebra (and, not, or) but also over extended sentences to search.
