Mutt is a slim, text-based E-Mail program for Unix and other Unix well-behaved Betriebssysteme.Es is subject the GNU general Public License (GPL). Mutt works in the text mode and is thereby in text windows, on computer consoles and with remote control programs as ssh or telnet in many environments applicable. Other media and formats than text are supported by simple callableness of independent programs for their special processing.

The use is completely keyboard-operated, habituation needy of graphic surfaces therefore for the user rather, but documents very well.
