A mobilization log is a Web log, which is normally filled by mobile telecommunications equipment, a mobile telephone or a PDA with contents. The word sits down from the words "“mobile"” (English: "“mobilely"”) and "“Web logs"” together.

A mobilization log consists normally particularly of pictures, which were taken up with a camera mobile phone and provided over the Handy keyboard with a short text comment. Picture and text are sent by MMS or E-Mail to the Web log. Occasionally also special programs installed on the mobile phone, so-called "“Weblog Clients"” are used for the transmission to the Web log.

First admitted Moblogs developed in Japan, since camera mobile phones found fastest spreading there.
