KTorrent is a BitTorrent Client for KDE. Its main functions are:

• downloading files over Torrent files
• Limit in Internet uploaded data set (Upload). To the one the connection technology limits such as ADSL the Upload data rate more strongly than down-load-laterally, on the other hand limits many Internet tariffs the Uploadvolumen.
• Internet search for Torrent files by means of the BitTorrent Website or other freely integrable search machines
• UDP tracker - further information
• purposeful downloading of individual files from BitTorrent archives
• Plugin for blocking individual IPs
• Import of Downloads begun under other BitTorrent Clients
• Queue dialogue
• UPnP support
• Minutes coding (SVN)
