GABRIEL (an acronym for gateway and BRIdge ton of Europe's national LIBRARies) was a Web portal for the 43 European national libraries, which are represented in the Conference OF European national Librarians (CENL). The portal was cared for and waited by the national library of the Netherlands.

GABRIEL existed up to the summer 2005 and replaced by The European LIBRARY.
