Furl (of English Frame uniform resource Locators) is an application of Web for social bookmarks and a free, English-language Internet service, which are ranked among the Web 2,0. Furl belongs to the offerers of social bookmarks, which store a copy of a side.

After the registration with Furl a Bookmarklet in the Webbrowser can be integrated. Thus the straight side called in the Browser can by mouse-clicks completely into personal Furl archives to be copied. For this archives 5 GByte storage location are to each Furl user at the disposal. The stored sides are not changed as well with a change of the original side, so that only the side is callable in the condition at the time of storing.

The English word furl means (something) rolls up (for example a screen).
