Fotocommunity is a commercial Internet portal of the photography and digital picture design. Photographers and models from the hobby and the professional range have the possibility of issuing their work and of arguing with the works of others.

Into fotocommunity are represented all sections of the photography substantial from act, Portrait and landscape photography to the rather exotic ranges Lomographie, Stereofotografie and infrared photography. All photos remain property of the issuing members - their use outside of the Fotocommunity requires therefore in principle the permission of the photographer.

Originally as private hobby side started, on-line Community was created in February 2001 of Andreas Meyer and has meanwhile world-wide over 310.000 members. Apart from the German-language variant exist meanwhile also an English and a italienischsprachiges "„to sister "“- portal.
