eWave telecommunications GmbH was created 2000 in Austria. In October 2001 the enterprise was transferred by the portable radio operator ONE. Up to the assumption the society was over active WLAN on the left of (approximately 300 customers, primarily in the area Vienna) in the business fields Festnetztelefonie (about 20,000 customers) and Internet binding. After the assumption by ONE the eLounge structure of a WLAN Hotspot network under the mark, which finally had several hundred Hotspots, began. Parallel to it this net was sold also under the mark ONE WLAN. The net development was stopped at the end of of 2004 and the enterprise of the remainder network was paged out 2005 to the Alcatel Austria AG. The attitude of the complete offer was communicated on 22 February 2006.

Under the mark YESSS! - discount festnetze (before times eWave) is offered further Festnetztelefonie (net preselection 1069). With March 2005 additionally the fixed net customers of ONE were taken over (formerly f-ONE). The total number of the cared for active fixed net customers increased thereby to approximately 45.000.

Since 1 April 2005 the society is as YESSS! Telecommunications GmbH also in the portable radio actively.
