E-Zine one calls an Internet portal in the magazine style. It offers as for instance magazine article, opinion contributions (columns) to extensive editorial contents, interviews with prominent one etc., which are usually written by professional journalists and authors.

In opening the E-Zine is therefore shared to the classical magazine magazine (pictorial, technical and public magazines), however frequently also Community functions such as Bewertungsysteme and comment function is implemented.

Demarcation to Internet Communitys

Contrary to genuine Communitys completely clearly the contents of (content) in the foreground stand with a E-Zine. Many considerable magazines place their articles also on-line. A E-Zine however appears excluding on-line, i.e. the articles are published by an author team via CMS on-line.
