Compliant Transaction Recording (CTR) stands for the revision-safe archiving of arbitrary Web-based transactions and interactions. It is a term from the range of the Web content management systems (WCMS).

CTR solutions make the archiving possible of web pages as well as of business processes and transaction procedures, which run over web pages - E.G. orders or information retrievals.
