Coccinella is an open SOURCE Client for the Jabber/XMPP Instant Messaging minutes. The program was written in Tcl/Tk, and is executable under Mac OS X, Linux, BSD, Solaris and Windows as well as on all other platforms, for which there are already Tcl/Tk. Mats Bengtsson originally published the program in the year 1999 under the name Whiteboard. Renaming in Coccinella took place 2003.
