CiviCRM is a freely available e-CRM for the customer relations management of non-profit Nichtregierungsorganisationen. CiviCRM stands since 2005 as open SOURCE for order, in the meantime as version 1.4. It is written in PHP and as module for Drupal and Joomla! implemented.

CiviCRM under the leadership of the initiative Social SOURCE Foundation is developed.
