Bluewin is a service mark of the Swisscom Fixnet AG, at present largest Swiss Internetprovider and Telekommunikationsunternemen.

Offered services

Bluewin offers the Internet entrance over ADSL and conventional modem connections. More than half of all Swiss of ADSL connections are switched with Bluewin (Swisscom). Bluewin operates a portal. History

• 1996: Establishment of the blue window

• 2000: Renaming in Bluewin
• 2004: Bluewin announces to want to offer in the future also TV programs.
• 2005: Since that 1. March 2005 is not Bluewin an independent AG more separates a service mark for Internet services of the Swisscom Fixnet AG
• 2005: Favorable ADSL ("“ADSL 150"”) for nine Franconias per month is born.
